Neutrogena has been falling behind competitors like glossier, drunk elephant, and Dr. Jart who have catered their brand to a younger, more vibrant consumer audience. How might Neutrogena convert skin-savvy shoppers in the pharmacy retail space?

















Bright Boost
High Efficacy system with new to mass ingredients in unique combinations to address the 3 needs of Bright Luminous Skin: tone, hydration, and exfoliation. Design developed to live within guardrails of it’s sister platform Hydro Boost.




Cellular Boost
A contemporary and fresh take on Anti-aging aligned to category trends and cultural context. Neutrogena’s entry into this segment. Appealing to the Confident Ager in Western Europe. Design had to compliment the Light Therapy Mask to maximize cross-purchase opportunity in combination of both products.






LABS
A powerful skin booster by Neutrogena to enhance your daily routine.
The platform caters to various skin needs based on category trends. To meet modern consumers in China, we elevated the platform, LABS, in the label hierarchy to show it's a higher-quality product from Neutrogena. It conveys efficacy and the brand's strong dermatologist credentials while also creating a new emotional link to compete in the skincare market.
